  13. Make ready 2 tbsn red chilli powder

  16. Take 1 tsp salt
  17. Get 1 tsp carrom seeds
  18. Make ready 3 tbsn oil
  19. Get TEMPERING
  20. Get 4 tbsn ghee
  21. Take 3 sliced garlic
  22. Take 3 red chillies
  23. Prepare 1 tbsn chole masala
  24. Take 1 tsp asafoedida powder
  25. Prepare Bhature:
  26. Get 2 cups all-purpose flour
  27. Get 2 tbsn semolina
  28. Get 1 tbsn curd
  29. Get 1 tsp salt
  30. Take 1 tsp baking powder
  31. Get 1 cup hot water from boiled potatoes and some warm water

Instructions to make Chole Bhature 😋:
  1. I'm use a canned chickpeas.first heat 2 cups of water add 1 tbsn of black tea with bay leaves,cardamom, black cardamom and stick of cinnamon…boil for 5 mins.. strain and save the water to add in gravy.
  2. Grind the masala(pic1)heat oil,then add 1 tsp of carrom seeds(ajwain)let it crackle then add the grind masala
  3. Now add chole masala(any brand) red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric and saute for few minutes
  4. Now add the chickpeas and mix,then add grated boiled potatoes and saute few seconds then add the tea strain water and now mix well and Cook on medium flame…crush some chickpeas.
  5. Heat ghee… add in red chilli,garlic,chole masala,asafoedida powder..when garlic is turned slightly brown temper the chickpeas curry,garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Knead the dough as per Ingredients as above-mentioned…keep in a warm place for 5 mins…make small dough balls,roll it into flat bread
