- Put the masala paste in pan. Start frying. Add salt to taste. Keep sauteing. Add the spice paste. Add water as much needed. Add Gur to taste. Mix well. Cook for few minutes in medium flame till water absorbs the flavour of masala.
- Add the fried Dhokas. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
