  4. Further add masala paste, cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Next add cumin powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add tomato paste and then amchur powder, chana masala and coriander powder. Mix and cook on low flame. Cook for 2 minutes
  7. Now add amchur powder, chana masala and coriander powder. Mix well and cook till water evaporated.
  8. When water evaporates from masala add salt, boiled chana and water for gravy. Cover and boil for 5 minutes on low flame.
  9. For tempering/tadka - - Half an hour before serving, heat ghee in wok and temper ajwain seeds, ginger juliens and green chilli. Mix it with Chole masala.
