Take soaked chickpeas in a pressure cooker,add two cup water, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and cloves.take tea leaves in a muslin clothes and bind tightly to make a pocket and add in chickpeas.add baking soda and half tsp salt.pressure cooked for one whistle in high flame then turn the flame medium and cooked for 3-4 whistles.turn off the flame release the pressure naturally.take out the spices which is added.
  3. In a wok add oil,heat it add cumin seeds and pepper corns saute then add onion saute until it turns brown. Then ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes now add green chillies and tomatoes,add little salt mix and cover.cooked for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes turn tender.now add all the powder spices except garam masala.mix well saute untill the oil release add boiled chickpeas with water.add salt and mix all well.cooked for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.add coriander leaves turn off the flame
  4. To make bhatura take the fermented dough.knead again for 3-4 times.make medium size balls from dough.cover and keep aside.now take one ball.dust little maida on rolling board then roll the ball little thick.heat oil in a kadhai and fry the bhatura on high flame.
  5. Serve the chhola with hot bhatura.
