Instructions to make Raw banana peanut kofta in green gravy:
- To make a kofta, first boil the raw bananas with steam. Then smash it and add peanut powder, black pepper powder, fennel seeds, ginger chilli paste, salt, sugar, breadcrumbs to it. Make kofta and deepfry in hot oil.
- To make the green gravy, add the cinnamon, clove, cashew nuts, almonds, poppy seeds, melon seeds ginger, onion, green chillies and sprinkle some water in a cooker. Make only one whistle on slow flame. After that let them cool and mix in mixer. Grind the tomatoes in the mixer and make a smooth paste. Blanch the spinach and make a smooth paste in the mixer.
- Now take the butter and oil in a pan. Let it heat. Add the onion gravy made in the cooker. Saute for few minutes. When the oil is loose, add the tomato paste. Once the tomatoes are well mixed, add the spinach paste and allow to cook. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. After the oil is loose, add salt, chilli, garam masala. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes. Now turn off the gas and add the cream. Gravy is ready now.
- Now put the kofta in a dish and pour green gravy. Garnish with cheese, coriander and onions. serve with roti/paratha.
