  10. With thd rolling pin flatten the dough in small kulcha.
  11. Now heat the tawa and put some water on one side of kulcha and place it on tawa.
  12. Now flip it from other side.
  13. Make it crispy from both side
  14. Now kulchas are ready to serve.
  15. Serve with hot chole and some onion and pickle and some raita.
