- Once the onion is tender, add tomatoes. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add spices. Add salt, chilli, turmeric, coriander and chhole masala to the masala and mix everything. Then let it simmer again and let it rise till the oil comes out of it.
- Once the oil is released, add boiled chhole and let it rise again with gravy. Then add coriander and serve.
- Now heat the oil in a pan. Take one loaf from the other side flour and weave it completely.
- When the oil is hot, fry it in a frying pan. The raisins from the flour turn a little white and are made from this wheat flour so it will turn a little red but the test will be good and fry till it turns golden from side to side.
- Now let's serve it. I have served it with cumin rice, jaggery, chaas, tomato salad and pickled papad if you want. So let's enjoy hot chhole bhature without talking.
