- Firstly,in a large mixing bowl take all purpose flour,add semolina,add ghee
- Mix it well.add salt,add baking soda
- Add curd,add water and start to knead dough.knead and punch the dough well for atleast 5 minutes.
- Further,grease the dough with oil,cover with moist cloth and rest for atleast 2 hours.further,roll and get to a long shape.pinch the dough into medium sized balls.and then make balls between your palms.finally,roll the dough evenly into oval shape using rolling pin.roll neither too thin nor thick.
- Firstly,heat oil in a deep frying pan.when the oil is sufficiently hot,add one Bhatura,and press with the spoon to puff up.flip over and fry the Bhatura till golden brown all over.then drain the Bhatura in to tissue paper to remove excess oil.fry all Bhatura same way.Bhatura is ready.
- Take a cooker,add soaked chickpea,add water,add bay leaf,add cloves,add cinnemon,add black pepper
- Add cardamom,add tea bag,add baking soda
- Add salt mix it well.pressure cook for 7-8 whistles on medium flame.
- Allow the pressure to release by itself before opening cooker.now in a pan add oil,add green chilli
- Add onion puree mix it well,add tomato puree
- Add salt,add termeric powder,add pomogranate powder
- Add red chilli powder mix it well,add cooked chickpea mix it well and boiled for 7-8 minutes.now chole is ready.
