- Take whole wheat flour and rava, little slat and 1/4 cup oil and mix till it holds shape. Then add little by little water and make a firm and soft dough.rest for 10 minutes
- Then take small balls of the dough and roll them into small circles like poori. Prick these rolled circles with a fork. Then press these to a small bowl and remove the edges
- Put these bowls in hot oil and fry. The bowl will get sepertaed in a small while, then remove it and fry the katoris till crisp and keep aside.
- To assemble, take a fried Katori, add the moong filling in it, top it with some chopped onion, Coriander leaves. Sprinkle some chat masala and red chili powder and place a fried Kaju on it.
