- Now add tomatoes and mix well. Saute for till oil gets separated from masalas.
- In between add all masalas like haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder.
- Now put chole into it. And mix it. Add rice and again saute it well.
- Add water to it. And close the lid and give 2 whistles. Allow it to cool.
- Serve it hot with some raita and papad.
