  1. At first, take flour with semolina.

  4. Then,mix all of them equally with oil.
  5. Then,start knead with water.
  6. After knead sometime and make a dough
  7. Next,keep the dough in pot for 30min with cover.
  8. Then,the dough make a log for equal slices.
  9. Now, cut the log into equal slices.
  10. Then,take paneer and smash.
  11. Smash with salt and sugar
  12. Now,the slices turn into round shape by using finger from the middle of the slices.
  13. Now,stuff the paneer in the slices.
  14. Then,lift whole side of the slices equally
  15. Then,start fold from both side and form in round shape.
  16. Roll the stuff dough balls into circle by rolling pin.
  17. With using some oil on the slice.
  18. After,rolling each dough ball put in a plate for fry.
  19. Which are prepare by paneer stuff.
  20. Then,take a pan with oil.
  21. When the oil tempt,put the stuff circle in the oil.
  22. Fry them and make paneer bature.
  23. Then,boil chick peas in cooker.
  24. Then,paste the tomato,ginger and green chilli.
  25. Then,put oil in pan with dry chilli.
  26. Add potato with the paste,salt and saute it.
  27. Add red chilli.turmeric,cumin,coriander,kasmiri chilli powder.
  28. After that add chick peas and saute it.
  29. Then,add water on it and boil.
  30. Then,prepare the chole or chick peas curry.
  31. Serve both of them together.
