- First take soaked chole in pressure cooker with 2 cups of water by adding salt ginger garlic 1/4tsp turmeric, chana masala and boil for one whistle and slow the gas then give 4-5 whistles and off the gas.
- Saute well palak Now cool and open the cooker on the other side,heat ghee in a pan add onion saute till 2 minutes till light golden brown then add Tomatoes and saute well till it comes mushy.
- Now on the other side I cleaned chopped palak and added in boiled water then put in cold normal water so the colour of palak should not change and grind it not very nicely and add in tomato masala and saute well with adding 1 tbsp oil.
- Saute well palak and add cheese cubes again saute till cheese melts, add in chana masala before you check it it is done or not other wise again give 2-3 whistles by adding hot water as needed. Mix well and adjust the gravy after adding palak with masalas give one whistle to cook and mix all well in the chole.
- Serve with roti naan bhature, and Parantha and enjoy with family and friends.
