- Now add garlic paste and mix it and saute well. Add chopped spinach and mix it well.

- After cooked it remove it into other bowl and keep aside. Now in a bowl take wheat flour and add oil and cooked spinach and salt according to taste.
- Now knead a soft dough with the help of water.
- Now take a small portion of the dough and make a lemon size ball and roll out and make puries.
- Take a pan and heat the oil when oil become hot put the Puri in it and cook it untill it's become golden brown from both sides. Your palak Puri is ready to eat.Now serve it with your favorite veg curry and enjoy it.
