- Take a diffrent pan add one spoon oil into it and let it get hot… add all the raw masala into it(kalonji, saunf, rai, jeera, dhania)
- Saute it for 2 minute or till golden brown.. turn of the flame and add this to bhindi,,,mix well
- Bhindi is ready to serve !!
