  4. Cook till it looses the pan.
  5. Now add the sauted mava mix well.
  6. Now cook for 7 minutes on slow flame,take it down let it cool for 5 minutes,take mould and make burfis,decorate with cashews.
  7. Put it freezer for 10 minutes burfi is ready to serve.

How to make Carrot Burfi: Heat a heavy bottomed vessel and add the grated carrot to it. Heat it to dry, stirring continuously. Repeat the same with grated coconut and keep it aside.
