  7. Choley:- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds & whole garam masala fry for a minute, add onion+ tomato+ garlic+ ginger+ green chilli paste saute till the oil starts to leave the sides of the masala paste.
  8. Next add all dry spice powder mix very well and saute for a minute.
  9. Now add cooked chickpeas and stir. Add 1 to 1.5 cup water and salt simmer on medium flame for 15 minute till the curry thickens.
  10. Serve choley with onion slices or lemon wedges & Enjoy choley bhatura.
