- Heat 3 tsp of ghee in a pan. Add the onion and saute for 3-4 minutes or till golden. Add the ginger-garlic paste and continue to saute for another minute.
- Add the spices powder..dried mango powder..garam masala, black salt, coriander paste into it. Fry it with little water in low flame for 5 minutes
- Lightly roast and powder the cinnamon, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom and cloves
- Mix this roasted powder to ur gravy and saute it well.
- Now add chickpeas and Bengal gram and mix adjust the salt and half cup water and let the mixture come to boil..simmer it for 5 minutes in low flame.
- After 5 minutes. Now Transfer this into the pressure cooker for 4 whistles.
- After that heat, the remaining ghee in a ladle, take it off the heat and add red chilli powder immediately pour over the chickpeas.
- Serve hot with puris.
