- Now heat the oil in pan. now add cumin seeds and pinch asafoetida.add onion tomato paste and saute for 4-5 mnt.add all dry masala,salt and mix it well.cook it for 5 mnts.now add 1 glass of water and mix properly.add curd and malaiand mix it well.
- When the gravy is boiling add lauki kofta in it.vook for 5 mnt.kofta is ready.add chopped coriander leaves.
- Now in a big mixing bowl add wheat flour,oil and make a soft dough for roti.cover the dough and give a rest for 10 mnts.make a small ball and roll it.make a thin roti.at the same time heat the roti tava.put roti on it and cook.apply some ghee on roti.
