  6. Add dry fruits, cardamom powder.and sugar syrup and stir till it gets thick in consistency..Or starts leaving from pan.
  7. Grease a plate with little ghee and pour this mixture into it and spread evenly using a flat spatula.
  8. Sprinkle some pistachios, almonds and poppy seeds evenly over it and pat it lightly.
  9. Keep aside or let it cool completely for 1 -2 hours.
  10. Cut into equal sized pieces of ur choice.

Besan ki burfi stays well at room temperature for about a week. Serve besan barfi as a sweet dessert after any Indian meal.
