Dates figs burfi is very easy to make and is very nutritious. It is very healthy as it has no added sugar and is loaded with dry fruits and nuts. Oats and Nuts burfi is prepared with oats, nuts and dates. I have used dates for the sweetness and this is Zero sugar cake.
Instructions to make Date Burfi:
- 11/2 tsp of ghee is poured into the preheat pan and roasted the peanuts and kept aside.
- Then roughly grinded date palms are added to that pan.
- Then milk is added to it followed by kismis, cashews, khoya, milk powder, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
- Then it is stirred still it becomes a lump.
- Then roasted peanuts is added.
- Then the lump is spread over a greased dish.
- Then it is brought to the room temperature and kept in fridge and then it is cut into pieces and garnished with date palm leaves, rose petals, khoya,cherry and roasted makhana powder.
