  3. Then add sugar,food colour and water keep on stirring and cook be careful it's very hot,
  4. Then cook for about 5to 7 minutes then running thick consistency
  5. And add char mugzh and until oil separated and suji cooked well,
  6. Now halwa is ready - Decorat with chandi warq.

In wok, heat ghee and add green cardamom, sauté for a minute. Add semolina and roast on medium low flame until color change and Sooji ka halwa. Karhai mein ghee garam karein aur hari elaichi dal ker ek minutes kliya saute ker lein. Suji shamil karein aur halki darmiyani ancch.
