  10. Roll to a roti and place the stuffing to half portion of the roti
  11. Fold to a semi circle and seal the edges with a fork
  12. Shallow fry on hot tawa using ghee till golden on both the sides.
  13. Cook on both sides
  14. Serve hot with ketchup
