- Add the khoya as soon as the coconut is totally cooked in the milk.
- Mix it very well. Add the cardamom powder and half tablespoon of ghee. Stir it continuously untill you get a thick and tighter consistency.
- Grease the remaining ghee in a container and pour the burfi mix that was cooked in the previous steps.
- Garnish it with the cashews and freeze it in the refrigerator for an hour.
