- First take the semolina and grind it into mixer grinder to make it fine.then added curd,wheat flour and salt.mix well.now add water in half amount mix it then add remaining water and mix again to make a smooth and running batter.cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes
- For making chutney take coconut,red chillies,chana dal,salt and curd.put all into mixer jar add little water and grind it.keep aside
- Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan on a medium high heat. When the pan turns hot, drizzle few drops of oil & grease it well with a kitchen tissue or cloth. Wipe off the excess oil.now turn the flame low then With a ladle pour the dosa batter in the pan and spread lightly. Start from the edges move towards the center.and turn the flame high.spread little oil on it.
