  3. Take tawa sprinkle little water and oil and wipe it, Put the batter and spread it and cover it for 2-3 minutes change its side let it cook for sumtime
  4. Again change its side and apply tomato chutney or schezwan chutney put masala and dosa ready
  5. For masala : Take kadai add oil Rai hing chopped onion and saute until golden brown, put all masala and groundnut dry fruits mix well add mashed potatoes mix well put lemon juice
  6. For chutney: In the grinder put coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, and all the ingredients and grind it well. - If want to put tadka dein take oil let it get warm add Rai Curry patta and add in chutney
  7. For sambhar : Boil tur dal with tomato and salt - Take kadai put oil, Rai Curry patta and chopped onion - Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato and imli water - Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder let it boil - Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil add hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes
  8. Masala dosa ready to serve
