- Now take a dosa tawa and spread dosa batter and cook it for 4-5 min and let it cook till it becomes crispy.
- Now put the masala in the middle of dosa and close the dosa from both sides.
- Masala dosa is ready and serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
