Steps to make Mango choco Candy:
- I used fresh mango, you can used readymade pulp as well but the use 1 tbsp sugar, as it already contains sugar.
- Mix sugar, pulp, ghee and mix it then add milk powder slowly slowly and keep mixing it.
- Now microwave it for 30 sec, it will come up, rotate spoon once.
- Repeat this process for 3 mins in the same way. Use a bigger pot for this, at least double capacity. It will now little thick. Cool this mango pulp mixture in the freeze, Make small balls.
- Between the time microwave chocolates for 30 sec, make smooth paste.
- Now dip the balls in chocolate paste. The mango will spread little cause of hot chocolate but till to chocolate set to firm.
- If you want cool it little in freeze to set fast. Ready to taste this sticky yummy candies.
