- Take a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee and 10 grams butter. Add red chilli and turmeric powder. Pour tomato onion mixture and roast for 4 minutes. Add cream, coriander powder and milk, cook by continously stirring for 2 minutes on medium to high flame. Finally add paneer, sugar. Mix well, cover and cook for 4 minutes on medium flame. Add garam masala fenugreek leaves
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
