- Heat some oil and saute the boiled veggies. Add onion and capsicum and paneer pieces and mix well with the veggies. Add the sauteed veggies and paneer to the gravy and adjust consistency by adding water. Boil the gravy for 5 to 10 minutes. Add Coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
