- Firstly wash tuver dana
- Take in a microwave proof bowl and add little bit of water just for sprinkle and put in microwave for 3 minutes
- Once tuver become soft take it out
- Take a bowl add oil and put in microwave for 1 minutes
- Take out and add cumin seeds put back for 30 sec
- Take out add onion paste and cook for 1 and half minutes
- Once onion get cooked and tomato puree
- Put 2 minutes in microwave
- Take out and add all Masala with i given in ingredients
- Put 2 minutes in microwave for cooking of Masala
- Add chopped potato and tuver
- Add 2 cup of water and put in microwave for 10 minutes
- Check whether sabji is ready or not if not cooked properly put for 2 minutes
- Sabji is ready
- Now time to make jeera rice in microwave
- Take a microwave bowl add 1 tsp ghee and put inmicrowave for 30 sec
- Add cumin seeds and put for 30 sec
- Add soak rice and 1 cup water
- Put in microwave for 12 to 14 minutes
- Jeera rice is ready
- Serve sabji with jeera rice and onion
