  1. Firstly wash tuver dana
  2. Take in a microwave proof bowl and add little bit of water just for sprinkle and put in microwave for 3 minutes
  3. Once tuver become soft take it out
  4. Take a bowl add oil and put in microwave for 1 minutes
  5. Take out and add cumin seeds put back for 30 sec
  6. Take out add onion paste and cook for 1 and half minutes
  7. Once onion get cooked and tomato puree
  8. Put 2 minutes in microwave
  9. Take out and add all Masala with i given in ingredients
  10. Put 2 minutes in microwave for cooking of Masala
  11. Add chopped potato and tuver
  12. Add 2 cup of water and put in microwave for 10 minutes
  13. Check whether sabji is ready or not if not cooked properly put for 2 minutes
  14. Sabji is ready
  15. Now time to make jeera rice in microwave
  16. Take a microwave bowl add 1 tsp ghee and put inmicrowave for 30 sec
  17. Add cumin seeds and put for 30 sec
  18. Add soak rice and 1 cup water
  19. Put in microwave for 12 to 14 minutes
  20. Jeera rice is ready
  21. Serve sabji with jeera rice and onion
