  5. Cook rice by adding double the water salt on high flame when 95% cooked add ghee cover the lid for five minutes cook in low flame switch off the flame rice is ready
  6. For vegetable chop potato and bottle gourd in medium dices add oil in a wok on medium flame add cumin seeds and asafoetida powder
  7. Add chopped vegetables
  8. Stir it occasionally after 5 minutes add salt and turmeric powder mix well cover the lid and let it cook on low flame in between mix occasionally check the potato by pressing if it's tender it's cooked now add dry masalas along with dry màngo powder stir well take out in serving bowl garnish with fresh coriander leaves
  9. Serve with chappti buttermilk and salad complete healthy lunch is ready😊
