  3. Dry roast peanuts and then grind it.
  4. In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds. When it crackles add kadhi patta to it.
  5. Add grated onions. Saute till it becomes golden then add all the masala.
  6. Add peanut powder. Then add 1 cup water.
  7. Add fried green chillies.
  8. Add lemon juice. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Garnish with coriander.
  9. Sevai kheer :
  10. In a pan take ghee and add suji. Saute on medium flame for 5 minutes. Then add sevai to it. Saute for 1 minute.
  11. Add milk little by little.
  12. Now add sugar to it. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
  13. Dal vada :
  14. Soak rice and all the dals for 5 to 6 hours.
  15. Then grind it and again put it aside for 4 to 5 hours.
  16. Add all the masala, grated lauki and baking soda. Mix it well.
  17. Deep fry all the vadas. Garnish with coriander.
  18. Tomato rice :
  19. Soak rice for 30 minutes.
  20. In a pressure cooker take oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds.
  21. Add chopped tomato and capsicum. Saute for 5 minutes.
  22. Add all the masala and saute for another 1 minute.
  23. Add soaked rice and required water. Cook till 2 whistle. Garnish with coriander.
  24. Puri :
  25. In a bowl take wheat flour. Add salt and oil. Mix it well. Add required water and make little hard dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  26. Make small balls from the dough. Roll small puris.
  27. Deep fry it in hot oil.
