- Grind to a smooth batter by adding very little water part by part
- Transfer batter into a deep vessel
- Stir in the batter with bare hand and mix well
- Cover the batter and allow to ferment for 7-8 hrs or overnight
- Next day or after ferment,add salt and mix the batter well
- Heat a tawa, mix the batter gently
- Pour the ladle full of batter & dab it gently to spread the batter do not spread like a normal dosa.spread batter bit thick & into a small dosa, Add oil across the edges
- Cover & cook for a while until it is cooked inside. You can even flip the dosa to other side & cook for less than 30 sec
- Repeat and make more set dosa on the tawa
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or vegetable sagu
