  1. Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly and knead properly.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes. Add oats, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and carrom seeds and mix well. Make ball of this mixture.
  3. Take a portion of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin like a chapati and place a ball of stuffing and cover it by bringing edges to the centre.
  4. Roll it like a paratha. Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame till golden.
  5. Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown. Like wise make all paratha.
  6. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
