  6. Sprinkle lemon juice over the top, bring to boil cover with lid bring to the boil and turn down and simmer for 15 minutes
  7. After 15 minutes turn off and leave it covered for 5 minutes
  8. Serve in bowls with fresh parsley on top, or dried and crrusty cobs 😀
