- Now take a Kadhai or Pan add Oil 1 Cup and heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves Cook for 2 min then add Chopped Onion 1 Cup cook for 5 min then add Chopped Ginger, Chopped Tomatoes, Green Peas Cook for 5 min then add all the Masala 1 Spoon Turmeric Powder,1 Spoon Cumin Seeds Powder,1 Spoon Coriander Powder,1 Spoon Red Chilli Powder mix well and cook for 2 mins.
