- First dough Making: in a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients mentioned above for dough making..then add 2tbsp of oil.and then gradually and knead all the flour come together then knead unti u get a slightly hard dough.u can add more oil if your dough is sticking but not more than 2tbsp.set aside for 20 mins.
- FILLING: in a pan add 1-2tbsp oil and add your chicken cubes..when they turn white then add all the other spices and as mentioned above..lastly add some above given seeds and ginger garlic paste..and dhania.
- Mash your boiled potatoes and add 1/2tsp salt into them and mix them with the chicken masala.
- MAKE SLURRY: add 3tbsp of maida in 1/2cup of water..mix well and it's done.
- MAKE PINWHEELS: divide your dough into 2parts and use the same directions gien below for both the parts. now roll your dough into a sheet of a lil thicker thickness so that your seeds will not pop out of it.then at one end put your chicken and potato masala.and roll and roll till u reach the other end.
- Cut the pin wheels at the interval of 2cms breadth wise.
- Heat 1 1/2cup of oil in a karhai..dip each pinwheel into the slurry mixture just before putting it into the oil..and let it cook for about 5mins at med to low flame on each side.once u get that nice golden colour on the dough u r done serve it with some green chutney or tomato chutney or simply ketchup.and don't forget to enjoy 🤩😂
