  4. Put salt, turmeric, red chilli (if u want lil spicy) and mix all. Add sugar if u want lil sweet taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Now add poha and mix. Cook for one minute stirring well. Add lemon juice and peanuts. Mix it well. It's ready to eat. Garnish with coriander leaves.
