- Wash poha and drain completely. Place the poha in a vessel and add milk. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat ghee in pan. Add cumin, black pepper, bay leaves ginger, green chilli and cashews. Roast it till golden brown.
- Now add green peasand salt - saute for a minute. Cover it with lid and cook until the peas are cooked well.
- Add garam masala, salt and milk soaked poha. Mix it well. Place lid and cook on low flame for 5 mts. Sprinkle little water if required.
- Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
