- Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
- Soak and then immediately strain puffed rice in a strainer.
- Take a pan add oil and add kadi patta and sarso seeds till sizzling sound.
- Now add needed water and chopped vegetables and grated carrot into it.
- Add salt and black pepper according to your taste and mix well.
- Add ground nuts and then add all chopped vegetables.
- In a pan add oil and add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and sarso seeds till sizzling sound and add this tadka to the batter. Lastly add baking powder and mix.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes and then add spiced and curd.cover it for 5 minutes.
- Pour in a greased baking dish and sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- When vegetables done add soaked poha and moong daal and mix well.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes and sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve hot.
