  3. Now take a pan.heat some oil,Let sputter jeera on medium flame.now add chopped onion.saute it for 2 min until becoming translucent.Now add mashed peas.Cook this for 2 min.Then add all masalas.mix well.Let it be cooled.filling is ready
  4. Now take a dough in hand.press it lightly with fingers so that a small pit appears.Now add filling 1 spoon in it.
  5. Gently close this pit from up, don't press with too much force. Kachoriyan is ready.flatten this kachori with soft hands. PREPARE all kachoris like this.
