  1. Heat a pan add 4 tbsp oil.
  2. Add jeera, green chillies, Ginger,curry leaves saute for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add diced potatoes saute 2 min.
  4. Add, capsicum and matar and cook till soften the veggies
  5. Add salt,red chilli powder,haldi powder saute 1 min
  6. Soak poha in water for 2 min.
  7. Strain poha and set gas on low flame..and add poha…in to pan
  8. Cover pan with a lid…and turn off gas.
  9. After 2 min remove lid.
  10. Garnish with tomato,green chillies,and lemon wedges
