Steps to make Vegetables Poha:
- Heat a pan add 4 tbsp oil.
- Add jeera, green chillies, Ginger,curry leaves saute for 1-2 minutes
- Add diced potatoes saute 2 min.
- Add, capsicum and matar and cook till soften the veggies
- Add salt,red chilli powder,haldi powder saute 1 min
- Soak poha in water for 2 min.
- Strain poha and set gas on low flame..and add poha…in to pan
- Cover pan with a lid…and turn off gas.
- After 2 min remove lid.
- Garnish with tomato,green chillies,and lemon wedges
