- For chole: soak Kabuli chana and pressure cook it untill it's boiled.
- Then cut tomatoes,onion, garlic and green chilli.
- In a Pan add some vegetable oil,add jeera, green chili, tejpatta,hing and add urad daal and then add onion, garlic and fry them.
- Then add tomatoes to it and then fry again.
- Now add turmeric powder, garam masala, kasuri methi,salt, coriander powder, add dry pomegranate powder.
- Now fry well. And then put in a pan boiled Kabuli chane and add water.
- Now mix well and let it boil for sometime. Our chole is ready to serve.
- For coconut laddu:Take a pan add ghee when the ghee is heated then add coconut powder. Fry the coconut powder for some time.
- Put some milk in a pan and when the milk get reduce to half, then add sugar, small cardamom and dryfruits.
- Now put the roasted coconut powder in it and mix it well.
- Now add few drops of green food color in the mixture.
- And put orange food colour.
- Now make a small laddus.
- Now I will make tri colour puri.first of all flour 1 cup and some water and make a fine dough.
- Now dough in 3 part first part in add green colour and second part in add orange colour.
- Now make a small puri.
- Now we will make small puris and fry in oil and ready to served it.
