- For the naan,take the dough ball and spread them using a rolling pin in the workspace,make sure the tawa is hot.
- On one side of the spreaded naan,add some garlic and sesame seeds and coriander and brush them with butter
- Now place the naan in the tawa.Once the naan is cooked on one side flip the tawa and cook the other side of the naan directly on the gas,repeat the procedure for all the dough balls. Tasty garlic butter naan is ready!!
- For paneer butter masala, add 2 tsp of butter in a pan and add the sliced onions,4 garlic and saute them well
- Once the onion becomes transparent,add the chopped tomatoes and cashewnuts fry until the butter separates.
- Allow them to cool for 10 mins and add them to a mixer and make a paste.
- Now,in the same pan add 2 tsp of salted butter and add the paste and mix them well
- Once they're mixed,add 1 tsp of chilli powder and 1 tsp of garam masala and give it a good stir.
- Add the paneer cubes and coat them well with the mixture and add half a tsp of salt and half a tsp of sugar. Cook them until soft.
- Add required amount of water give a good mix and close the pan with a lid.
- After 5 mins,turn off the stove and add some kasuri methi.
- Serve them hot with the delicious garlic butter naan.
