  1. First take soaked urad dal,wash it properly. Take a grinder and grind dal by using little bit water. Urad dal paste is ready. Now beat this paste until it becomes light and fluffy. Now add corn flour and orange food colour. Mix well. Batter is ready.keep this aside.

  3. Now take batter and pour it in bottle or cone. Take a pan add oil in it. When oil is getting medium hot. Make imarati shape by using cone and fry these imarati until they becomes crisp.
  4. Take sugar syrup again put it on gas.When syrup becomes medium hot. Put fry imarati in it for about 3-4 miNutes.
  5. Imarti are ready. Serve hot or as per your choice.
