- Soak udad dal for 3 to 4 hours
- Remove water from dal and grind in mixer by water gradually, it should not become runny but becomes smooth paste
- Now take one pan add sugar and water and make syrup till bubbles come out no need string consistency
- Take out paste in a bowl and Knead it till light
- Now take a piping bag fill the batter.
- Take pan heat oil and when it becomes hot start making imrati, it has particular floral design but i made it like jalebi as it becomes very big
- Hot imratis soak in sugar syrup, take out and serve.
