Instructions to make Butter naan with kadhai paneer:
  1. Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green cardmom, dry red chilli and pepper corn and grind it into coarse powder.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, a and garlic and saute it for minute.
  3. Now add onion in it and cook it until it becomes light brown then add tomato and cashew nuts in it and cook it until tomato becomes soft and mushy and switch off the flame
  4. Allow it cook down then grind it into smooth paste
  5. Now heat butter in another pan, add green chilli, bay leaf and dry fenugreek leaves in it and saute it for a minute.
  6. Now add diced onion and capsicum in it and cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it and cook it for a minute or 2.
  8. Then add grinded tomato-onion paste in it and cook it for 2 minutes then add grinded coriander-cumin masala and sugar in it and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  9. Now add water as per your requirement and simmer it for 1 minutes.
  10. Now add salt and garam masala powder in it and cook cook it for a minute or 2.
  11. Then add paneer cubes and cream in it and cook it for another 5 minutes.
  12. Add coriander leaves in it, mix it well and switch off the flame.
  13. Your kadhai paneer is ready to serve.
  14. For naan, combine all purpose flour, salt, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and curd in a bowl and mix it well.
  15. Now prepare a soft dough of it using lukewarm water.
  16. Now make balls of it and allow it rest for 5-6 hours by covering it well.
  17. Then make naan of it stick onion seeds and coriander leaves on one of the side.
  18. Dab it with water in another side and put it on the hot tawa and roast it on high flame.
  19. Garnish it with butter
  20. Your naan is ready serve now.
  21. Serve butter naan with kadhai paneer.
