  4. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder,vegetables (cuts into cubes & washed).Add chilli powder & saute for a mint.
  5. Drain water completely from dalia, oats,dal.Add to the pan & saute for 2,3 mints.Add 2 cups water,cook for 2 whistles.
  6. Serve hot.
